.i have nothingRobot NEVER emptied itself (brand new). Called in they had me try a number of things then said warranty dept wpuld be in contact.

3 phone calls and several emails and they finally sent me a label to return. They are going to hold me hostage until they get it before sending a replacement. It better not be refurbished. I bought a brand new broken unit.

I paid for it 5 weeks ago...and no vacuum. Quite a let down.

User's recommendation: Nor sure. It was well reviewed but broken outnofnthe box is not a good start. Followed by really slow process to replace it

Not being able to speak with the service center

Wanted to know what failed on vacuum within 60 days of use and could not get a phone number from customer support.

This company is a complete joke. Do your research before you purchase. Customer service is a joke. If you do your research, you will see customers complaining that their numbers were blocked by the company.

They offered me a discount on a new vacuum and then blocked my calls. I proceeded to call from each family member's phone and was able to get through. After the calls ended, I was no longer able to call back from that phone. I'm pretty sure this is illegal.

I'm going to file a report with the BBB. Do not get yourself involved with them.

They just don't answer their phone. So they are vastly understaffed for such an expensive product of which I have three.Buy another brand who cares about customer service

I waited on hold for far too long and finally hung up. It seems obvious that they're making an inferior product and have far too many customer service reps to take care of the problems.

Roborock - Help me

Since the upgrade, I cannot use my Roborock and I love it. Im getting very frustrated.

I have uninstalled it reinstalled it.

I have an S7. Please I need help.

User's recommendation: I love my Roborock. I just need it back. I don’t know what you want I am 80 years old and not tech savvy and it really got messed up when you did an upgrade so fix it. I can’t do all this.

Error message- "wheels suspended" robot not working

My roborock S7 vaccum and mop robot does not work. Every time I turn it on it says move the robot to a new location and restart and on the app I see it shows wheels are suspended.

I have been getting this error message the past 2 weeks.

I powered down the robot, I did factory resetting, I opened the robot to see if anything was stuck to the wheel, but can not find any issues. It seems as if the robot isn't recognizing something. I tried almost everything but can not fix this issue.

I think there is a defectives in the wheel's motor. Please help me.

I have placed an order for Roborock Q Revo. The order was not shipped and customer service is unable to see my order online.

CS representative explained that they are located in another country and do not have ability to help with purchase related customer complains. They only deal with technical issues. Customer complains are expedited to "next tier" support and performed over an email. I have asked the CS to put me in touch with his supervisor and he said he doesn't have one.

I asked CS rep to include me in conversations with "next tier" support to which he refused as well. So yes, this company has a very strange customer service. There are discussions on the web that point to the fact that company fails to ship orders frequently. One comment reads: "Good luck getting your order".

I am planning to make CC refund request with my CC card company , luckily paid with my Costco card.

Yes, product reviews are great if you are lucky to receive this product. Very bizarre company.

Never received my package and I’ve been waiting for three months
